Producers with outstanding balances are being contacted by Agricorp with information on two important changes to the practice of managing accounts:
- Interest will be applied to any outstanding accounts, effective January 1, 2013.
- All outstanding account balances must now be repaid within three years.
The notification process is expected to continue over the next number of weeks until Agricorp has contacted all affected producers. Customers will receive information packages with detailed statements as well as, in some instances, a phone call.
