In September 2016, the Government of Ontario introduced Regulation 304/16 under the
Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Act, 2014. Under this regulation, Agricorp is required to establish an Executive Compensation Policy, which includes the organization's compensation philosophy, salary pay caps, comparative markets, and other pertinent elements of compensation.
As part of the process, Agricorp posted its framework for public input for 30 days ending February 21, 2018. Any and all comments regarding the policy were provided in aggregate to Agricorp's board of directors for consideration.
Agricorp's Executive Compensation Policy is final as of February 28, 2018, the date of this posting.
