Ontario producers who missed the June 30
submission date for the 2017 AgriStability Year-End Report and Claim Form have until September 30 to submit the form.
When a producer submits a
Year-end Report and Claim Form after the June 30 submission date, the AgriStability payment they receive is subject to a deduction.

September 30 is the final day to submit the form. Deductions are only applicable for the year the form was submitted and do not carry forward to future program years.
Deductions only apply when a payment is generated and will not exceed the AgriStability payment.
